01Program description
Total Energy Solutions Customer Texts: Total Energy Solutions Inc sends text messages to customers who opt in, about the inquiry they sent us, delivery scheduling and confirmations, account and billing notices, and replies to their questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
02How you opt in
You opt in by checking the unchecked text message box on our inquiry form at totalenergy.net/request-quote/, or by asking a member of our team to text you, which we record in your account. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. After you opt in, we send one message to confirm.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies, depending on your deliveries and account activity.
04Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan. Total Energy Solutions does not charge for the text messages it sends.
05How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT also work). We will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive more text messages from us unless you opt in again (reply START).

07Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US carriers; delivery is not guaranteed.
08Your number and your information
Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number, so that we stop texting it. We use your information as described in our Privacy Notice. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
09Eligibility
You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, and be at least 18 years old.
10Changes
We may change these terms or end the program. The effective date on this page (October 23, 2026) shows when the terms last changed.
